目的：探讨糖尿病合并肺底结核的CT表现，提高其诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析经临床证实的17例糖尿病合并肺底结核患者的CT表现。结果糖尿病合并肺底结核的主要表现有：干酪性肺炎，厚壁空洞，结节影，可见沿支气管分布的播散病灶；增强扫描病灶轻度强化或不强化，伴纵隔淋巴结肿大则有典型的环形强化。结论糖尿病合并肺底结核的CT表现有一定的特征，螺旋CT检查可以提高肺底结核的影像学诊断准确率。
목적：탐토당뇨병합병폐저결핵적CT표현，제고기진단준학성。방법회고성분석경림상증실적17례당뇨병합병폐저결핵환자적CT표현。결과당뇨병합병폐저결핵적주요표현유：간락성폐염，후벽공동，결절영，가견연지기관분포적파산병조；증강소묘병조경도강화혹불강화，반종격림파결종대칙유전형적배형강화。결론당뇨병합병폐저결핵적CT표현유일정적특정，라선CT검사가이제고폐저결핵적영상학진단준학솔。
Objective To investigate the CT findings of diabetes mellitus combined with basal tuberculosis,improving their diag-nostic accuracy. Methods To retrospectively analyze the CT findings of 17 cases of diabetes mellitus combined with basal tuberculo-sis. Results The main manifestations of diabetes mellitus combined with basal tuberculosis inluded caseous pneumonia,thick-walled cavities,nodules,focus distributing along the bronchus;enhanced MRI lesion slightly enhanced or not enhanced,typical ring strength-ened with mediastinal lymph node enlargement. Conclusion The CT findings of diabetes mellitus combined with basal tuberculosis have certain characteristics,CT examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy of basal tuberculosis.
