目的：探讨电子胃镜治疗儿童上消化道异物的有效性及安全性。方法对40例儿童（年龄9个月~9岁）上消化道异物行电子胃镜检查与治疗，咽喉部局麻下用Olympus-GIF160电子胃镜进行操作，运用异物钳、篮网器等取异物。结果40例儿童上消化道异物，局部麻醉状态下全部取出。食管异物30例，胃内异物10例，食管金属夹子2例，食管纽扣电池1例，食管桔瓣1例，食管金属圆环1例，胃内黄金戒指1例，金属发夹1例，食管及胃内硬币异物33例（1角、5角、1元）。1例胃内黄金戒指及1例胃内金属发夹取出时有轻微胃黏膜划伤、少许出血，余无其他并发症。结论电子胃镜治疗儿童上消化道异物安全、有效，可作为首选治疗方法。
目的：探討電子胃鏡治療兒童上消化道異物的有效性及安全性。方法對40例兒童（年齡9箇月~9歲）上消化道異物行電子胃鏡檢查與治療，嚥喉部跼痳下用Olympus-GIF160電子胃鏡進行操作，運用異物鉗、籃網器等取異物。結果40例兒童上消化道異物，跼部痳醉狀態下全部取齣。食管異物30例，胃內異物10例，食管金屬夾子2例，食管紐釦電池1例，食管桔瓣1例，食管金屬圓環1例，胃內黃金戒指1例，金屬髮夾1例，食管及胃內硬幣異物33例（1角、5角、1元）。1例胃內黃金戒指及1例胃內金屬髮夾取齣時有輕微胃黏膜劃傷、少許齣血，餘無其他併髮癥。結論電子胃鏡治療兒童上消化道異物安全、有效，可作為首選治療方法。
목적：탐토전자위경치료인동상소화도이물적유효성급안전성。방법대40례인동（년령9개월~9세）상소화도이물행전자위경검사여치료，인후부국마하용Olympus-GIF160전자위경진행조작，운용이물겸、람망기등취이물。결과40례인동상소화도이물，국부마취상태하전부취출。식관이물30례，위내이물10례，식관금속협자2례，식관뉴구전지1례，식관길판1례，식관금속원배1례，위내황금계지1례，금속발협1례，식관급위내경폐이물33례（1각、5각、1원）。1례위내황금계지급1례위내금속발협취출시유경미위점막화상、소허출혈，여무기타병발증。결론전자위경치료인동상소화도이물안전、유효，가작위수선치료방법。
Objective To investigate the safety and effect of electronic gastroscope in treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies in children. Methods The data of 40 children( aged from 9 months to nine years)with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies from January 2014 to June 2014 were summarized retrospectively. All of the cases were examined and treated with electronic gastroscope( Olympus-GIF160). The foreign bodies were taken out under laryngopharynx local anesthesia with all kinds of medical instruments. Results The foreign bodies were successfully removed under non-general anesthesia in 40 cases. Thirty pieces of foreign bodies were in the esophagus,10 pieces of foreign bodies were in the stomach,two cases of esophageal metal clip,one case of esophageal button battery,one case of esophageal orange petal,one case of esophageal metal ring,one case of gold ring and one case of clip in the stomach,the other thirty-three coins in the esophagus or in the stomach(0. 1,0. 5,1 yuan). Two foreign bodies( one gold ring and one metal card)in the stomach were taken out,a minor scratch of gastric mucosa and less blood bleeding,the others had no complications. The successful rate was 100%. Conclusion Electronic gastroscope therapy is safe and effective in treatment of upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies in children,so it should be the first choice for children with upper gastrointestinal tract foreign bodies.
