食品安全问题由来已久，而最近十几年更为突出，已是全球范围内人们广泛关注的话题，也是各国政府面临的严峻考验。我国与其他国家相比，食品安全问题的成因除环境污染、食品供应链长等共同特征外，还存在区域经济发展不平衡、城镇化加速等个性特征。本文以宏观的视角、经济成本学的分析方式来审视我国的食品安全问题，并试图从政府、企业、消费者等层面来提出我国食品安全问题的解决方案。
식품안전문제유래이구，이최근십궤년경위돌출，이시전구범위내인문엄범관주적화제，야시각국정부면림적엄준고험。아국여기타국가상비，식품안전문제적성인제배경오염、식품공응련장등공동특정외，환존재구역경제발전불평형、성진화가속등개성특정。본문이굉관적시각、경제성본학적분석방식래심시아국적식품안전문제，병시도종정부、기업、소비자등층면래제출아국식품안전문제적해결방안。
Food safety problem is a long-history severe challenge for governments have to be facing with, which is also becoming more prominent in recent ten years and concerned by people all over the world. Compared with other countries, the causes of food safety problem in China ranged from the common characteristics such as environmental pollution and long food supply chain, etc. to personal characteristics such as unbalanced regional economic development and acceleration of urbanization, etc. Based on the macro perspective and the analysis ways of economic costs, we tried to put forward to the countermeasures of China's food safety problems from different aspects of government, enterprises, consumers, and so on.
