目的：探讨分析骨科老年患者术后谵妄的相关因素以及对应的临床护理措施。方法抽取在2010年1月至2013年12月间我院收治的65例骨伤老年患者设为研究对象，分析这些患者的临床资料，掌握造成术后谵妄的相关因素，给予术前评估和术后控制并发症、环境因素、心理因素等护理。结果65例患者中，61例患者康复出院，其余的4例患者在出院后1个月内也陆续康复。65例患者中对护理工作非常满意的有48例，满意的有15例，不满意的有2例，总满意度为96.92％。结论针对骨科老年患者术后谵妄症状的治疗和护理，要了解患者的并发症史、用药史等，对患者进行整体的评估，根据相关因素，采取适宜的一系列的护理干预措施，对提高患者生存质量有重要的意义，值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토분석골과노년환자술후섬망적상관인소이급대응적림상호리조시。방법추취재2010년1월지2013년12월간아원수치적65례골상노년환자설위연구대상，분석저사환자적림상자료，장악조성술후섬망적상관인소，급여술전평고화술후공제병발증、배경인소、심리인소등호리。결과65례환자중，61례환자강복출원，기여적4례환자재출원후1개월내야륙속강복。65례환자중대호리공작비상만의적유48례，만의적유15례，불만의적유2례，총만의도위96.92％。결론침대골과노년환자술후섬망증상적치료화호리，요료해환자적병발증사、용약사등，대환자진행정체적평고，근거상관인소，채취괄의적일계렬적호리간예조시，대제고환자생존질량유중요적의의，치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective: To investigate the clinical nursing measures analysis of related factors of postoperative delirium in the Department of orthopedics and the corresponding. Methods: a total of January to 2013 December in 2010 in our hospital treated 65 cases of fracture in elderly patients is set as the research object, analysis of the clinical data of these patients, master the relevant factors causing postoperative delirium, control of complications, given preoperative evaluation and postoperative environmental factors, psychological factors and so on nursing.
