目的：建立气相色谱-质谱联用法测定糙米中9种拟除虫菊酯类农药多残留分析方法。方法样品经乙腈提取， C18固相萃取柱净化，采用气相色谱-质谱串联法进行测定。结果9种农药均在18 min之内流出，相关系数r在0.99以上，回收率均为79.9%~122.8%之间，重现性良好，相对标准偏差在11%以内。结论本方法可以简便快捷地一次性检测出糙米中9种拟除虫菊酯类农药残留，较实用于日常大批量样品的检测。
목적：건립기상색보-질보련용법측정조미중9충의제충국지류농약다잔류분석방법。방법양품경을정제취， C18고상췌취주정화，채용기상색보-질보천련법진행측정。결과9충농약균재18 min지내류출，상관계수r재0.99이상，회수솔균위79.9%~122.8%지간，중현성량호，상대표준편차재11%이내。결론본방법가이간편쾌첩지일차성검측출조미중9충의제충국지류농약잔류，교실용우일상대비량양품적검측。
Objective To establish a gas chromatography–mass spectrometry method for the simultaneous determination of 9 synthetic pyrethroids in browm rice. Methods Samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with an SPE-C18 cartridge. Finally, the analyte was determined by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry. Results All the 9 kinds of synthetic pyrethroids were drained out within 18 minutes. The correlation coefficient r was above 0.99. The recoveries were between 79.9%~122.8%, and the relative standard deviation was below 11%. Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of 9 synthetic pyrethroids in browm rice. This method is rapid, accurate and suitable for 9 synthetic pyrethroids of large quantities of samples, and can be used in routine assay.
