目的：应用3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法检测食品中的沙门氏菌。方法对67批自然样品，以及使用3个沙门氏菌标准菌株进行人工污染的20批样品，同时采用3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法与国家标准方法GB 4789.4-2010进行检测并比较，评价3M SALX沙门氏菌测试片法检测沙门氏菌的检测性能。结果3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法与国标法符合率达95.5%，各有1例假阳性和假阴性。结论3M沙门氏菌SALX测试片法操作相对简便，稳定性好，与国标法有较高的符合率，作为一种新的沙门氏菌检测方法，仍需进一步积累检测数据。
목적：응용3M사문씨균SALX측시편법검측식품중적사문씨균。방법대67비자연양품，이급사용3개사문씨균표준균주진행인공오염적20비양품，동시채용3M사문씨균SALX측시편법여국가표준방법GB 4789.4-2010진행검측병비교，평개3M SALX사문씨균측시편법검측사문씨균적검측성능。결과3M사문씨균SALX측시편법여국표법부합솔체95.5%，각유1례가양성화가음성。결론3M사문씨균SALX측시편법조작상대간편，은정성호，여국표법유교고적부합솔，작위일충신적사문씨균검측방법，잉수진일보적루검측수거。
Objective Using 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detect Salmonella in food. Method Totally 67 natural samples and the 20 simulated samples with 3 deferent Salmonella standard strains respectively were detected for Salmonella with 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detection method and GB 4789.4-2010 simultaneously, the results were compared and analyzed. Results The coincidence rate of the 3M PetrifilmTM SALX detection method and GB methods is 95.5%, with 1 false positive and 1 false negative result. Conclusion 3M SALX method is easy to operate and has a good stability and quite good coincidence rate while comparing to the GB method. But as a new detection method, further data collection and applied researches are necessary.
