[目的]探索用铬天青-UV比色法测定香砂六君丸中铝含量的方法。[方法]对样品的前处理条件和显色条件进行方法学研究,采用铬天青—十六烷基三甲基溴化铵的UV法,试样用干法消化,盐酸溶液浸提,在pH 5.8~6.2的浓度范围内进行比色测定铝含量。[结果]样品中的铁和铜在抗坏血酸还原剂的作用下与邻菲罗林形成络合物,不干扰该方法;铀、钍、钽、铍干扰较大,但一般植物样中存在极少,可不予考虑。氯根、硝酸根、硫酸根等不干扰测定。平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为2.5%。[结论]该方法具有干扰少、操作方便、灵敏度较高的特点。适用于含铝10%以下的样品测定,可作为该制剂的定量分析方法。
[目的]探索用鉻天青-UV比色法測定香砂六君汍中鋁含量的方法。[方法]對樣品的前處理條件和顯色條件進行方法學研究,採用鉻天青—十六烷基三甲基溴化銨的UV法,試樣用榦法消化,鹽痠溶液浸提,在pH 5.8~6.2的濃度範圍內進行比色測定鋁含量。[結果]樣品中的鐵和銅在抗壞血痠還原劑的作用下與鄰菲囉林形成絡閤物,不榦擾該方法;鈾、釷、鐽、鈹榦擾較大,但一般植物樣中存在極少,可不予攷慮。氯根、硝痠根、硫痠根等不榦擾測定。平均迴收率為101.8%,RSD為2.5%。[結論]該方法具有榦擾少、操作方便、靈敏度較高的特點。適用于含鋁10%以下的樣品測定,可作為該製劑的定量分析方法。

[Objective] To explore the methods of using chromazurine-UV col-orimetry to test aluminium concentration in Xiangsha Liujun Pills. [Method] Through methodological study of the pre-treatment conditions and coloration conditions of samples, chromazurine -hexadecyl trimethyl-ammonium bromide (HTAB) UV method was adopted , and the samples were digested in dry pro-cess, extracted by using hydrochloric acid solution, and colorimetric assay of aluminium carried out at pH 5.8-6.2. [Result] Fe and Cu in samples co-form complexes with Phenanthroline for the action of ascorbic acid reducing agents, so they will not influence this method;U, Th, Ta, and Be show more interventions, but rarely exist in common plant sam-ples, so can be neglected. Chlorin, ni-trate radical and sulfate radical have no impact on the assaying. The mean recov-ery rate is 101.8%, RSD 2.5%. [Conclu-sion] The method is easy to operate, has high sensitivity and limited interventions, so it is suitable for samping assaying with aluminium concentration below 10%, and can be used for the quantita-tive analysis of Xiangsha Liujun Pills.
