目的探讨异位嗜铬细胞瘤的CT诊断价值，指导临床手术，降低手术风险。方法回顾性分析10例异位嗜铬细胞瘤的临床资料及CT表现，并复习文献。结果10例异位嗜铬细胞瘤术前均进行CT平扫及增强检查，8例位于腹主动脉旁，1例位于膀胱，1例位于后纵隔。平扫肿瘤呈类圆形或椭圆形，伴有囊变、坏死及钙化密度常不均匀；动脉期明显强化，病灶内或周围见增粗迂曲血管影；实质期病灶强化程度稍下降或持续强化。结论 CT检查对异位嗜铬细胞瘤的定位、定性有重要价值，并对手术方案制定及术后的随访有重要意义。
목적탐토이위기락세포류적CT진단개치，지도림상수술，강저수술풍험。방법회고성분석10례이위기락세포류적림상자료급CT표현，병복습문헌。결과10례이위기락세포류술전균진행CT평소급증강검사，8례위우복주동맥방，1례위우방광，1례위우후종격。평소종류정류원형혹타원형，반유낭변、배사급개화밀도상불균균；동맥기명현강화，병조내혹주위견증조우곡혈관영；실질기병조강화정도초하강혹지속강화。결론 CT검사대이위기락세포류적정위、정성유중요개치，병대수술방안제정급술후적수방유중요의의。
Objective The aim of this paper is to explore the value of diagnosing ectopic pheochromocytoma by CT scan for guiding the clinical surgery and lowering the surgical risks.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data and CT manifestations of 10 ectopic pheochromocytoma cases.Besides,we reviewed the related literatures.Results Al the 10 cases received plain CT scan and enhanced CT scan examination.Among the 10 cases,8 located besides abdominal aorta,1 located at the bladder and 1 located at posterior mediastinum.Plain scan revealed round or oval tumor with cystic degeneration,necrosis and inhomogeneous calcified density.Obvious enhancement was observed during arterial phase and thickened tortuous vascular shadow could be observed within or sur ounding the lesions.During parenchymal phase,decreased or continuous enhancement could be observed.Conclusion CT scan is of great value for judging the location and feature of ectopic pheochromocytoma.In addition,it is beneficial for the determination of surgical plane and fol ow-up.
