总结35例老年冠心病PCI术后戒烟护理，分析老年患者PCI术后的特点和吸烟规律，应用个性化护理方案，通过树立患者戒烟决心，指导家庭成员予以关心和帮助，定期信息沟通，评估患者的戒烟状态，提高患者的依从性，从多方面入手，营造戒烟环境，帮助患者戒烟，减少冠心病PCI术后支架内再狭窄和血栓形成。

Summarizes 35 cases of coronary heart disease in elderly care quit after PCI, analysis of the characteristics and smoking laws in elderly patients after PCI, the application of personalized care programs, by establishing smoking cessation determination, guidance and assistance to family members to be concerned, regular communication of information assess the state of the patient to quit smoking, improve patient compliance, multi-disciplinary approach, creating quit ing environment to help patients stop smoking, reduce the stent restenosis after PCI with coronary heart disease and thrombosis.
