目的对172例患者行多焦视网膜电图检测。方法应用德国罗兰电生理仪检测,采用103个六边形刺激图形,记录172例患者多焦ERG的b波振幅密度值在六环的表现。结果多焦ERG表明各类眼底病变对视网膜损伤程度和范围是不相同的。结论多焦ERG检查具有局部定位和定量功能的诊断和分类,以及为眼底病变的早期诊断治疗提供依据具有重要意义。
目的對172例患者行多焦視網膜電圖檢測。方法應用德國囉蘭電生理儀檢測,採用103箇六邊形刺激圖形,記錄172例患者多焦ERG的b波振幅密度值在六環的錶現。結果多焦ERG錶明各類眼底病變對視網膜損傷程度和範圍是不相同的。結論多焦ERG檢查具有跼部定位和定量功能的診斷和分類,以及為眼底病變的早期診斷治療提供依據具有重要意義。
목적대172례환자행다초시망막전도검측。방법응용덕국라란전생리의검측,채용103개륙변형자격도형,기록172례환자다초ERG적b파진폭밀도치재륙배적표현。결과다초ERG표명각류안저병변대시망막손상정도화범위시불상동적。결론다초ERG검사구유국부정위화정량공능적진단화분류,이급위안저병변적조기진단치료제공의거구유중요의의。
Objective 172 patients were enrol ed in this research of multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) examination. Methods Using 103 hexagonal stimulating graphics to record the b -wave amplitude density mfERG performance of 172 patients in the six cental by Germany Roland electrophysiology instrument. Results The mfERG showed that there was not the same retinal damage in the way of extent and scope from various types of retinopathy. Conclusion MfERG has the local Positioning function and quantitative features in diagnosis and classification, as wel as to gulide the diagnosis and treatment of retinopathy.
