目的探讨婴幼儿一次性静脉采血成功率的影响因素，提高一次性采血成功率和患儿及家属对护士的满意度。方法回顾性分析了2012年~2013年我院门诊部抽血室婴幼儿静脉采血600例，分析影响因素，总结并改进采血方法，提高护士的采血技术及心理素质。结果改革前一次性采血成功率为45.0%，陪护满意度为40.0%，改革后一次性采血成功率65.7%，陪护满意度为87.0%。结论婴幼儿及其家属与护士的有效沟通和互动，选择最合适的采血方法和采血位置，护士扎实的采血技术功底和稳定积极的心态是婴幼儿一次性采血成功的关键。

Objective To investigate the factors af ecting blood disposable vein infant success rate, improve the success rate of one-time blood and the children and their parents on nurses' satisfaction. Methods A retrospective analysis of 2012~2013 years ventricular blood in outpatient department of our hospital 600 cases of infant venous blood col ection and analysis of influence factors, summed up and improved blood sampling method to improve sampling technique and the psychological quality of nurses. Results Before the reform disposable puncture success rate was 45%, nursing satisfaction was 40%, after the reform of disposable puncture success rate of 65.7%, nursing satisfaction for 87%. Conclusion Ef ective communication and interaction of infants and young children and their family members and nurses, choose the most suitable method of col ecting blood and blood sampling position, the nurse solid sampling technique foundation and stable positive at itude is the key to successful infant disposable blood.
