目的：探讨护理干预应用于游离皮瓣移植术治疗手部皮肤缺损的效果。方法选择2012年4月—2013年4月手部皮肤缺损患者80例,均采用游离皮瓣移植术治疗,根据随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,比较两组患者皮瓣成活情况及护理满意度。结果观察组皮瓣成活率为97.5%,护理满意度为92.5%；对照组分别为80.0%和72.5%；两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2值分别为4.51,5.54；P<0.05)。结论对于手部皮肤缺损患者,游离皮瓣移植术治疗期间给予有效的护理干预,能够提高皮瓣成活率和护理满意度。
목적：탐토호리간예응용우유리피판이식술치료수부피부결손적효과。방법선택2012년4월—2013년4월수부피부결손환자80례,균채용유리피판이식술치료,근거수궤수자법장기분위대조조화관찰조,매조각40례。대조조급여상규호리,관찰조급여종합호리간예,비교량조환자피판성활정황급호리만의도。결과관찰조피판성활솔위97.5%,호리만의도위92.5%；대조조분별위80.0%화72.5%；량조비교차이유통계학의의(χ2치분별위4.51,5.54；P<0.05)。결론대우수부피부결손환자,유리피판이식술치료기간급여유효적호리간예,능구제고피판성활솔화호리만의도。
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for patients with hand skin defect treated by free skin flap transplantation. Methods Eighty patients, who suffered hand skin defect and treated by the free flap transplantation in our hospital during the period of April 2012 to April 2013, were randomized into control group ( routine nursing ) and experimental group ( nursing intervention ) on average. The flap survival rate and nursing satisfaction degree in the two groups were observed and compared. Results Compared with the control group, the flap survival rate was significantly increased ( 97. 5% vs 80. 0%) and the satisfaction degree was obviously improved ( 92. 5% vs 72. 5%) in the experimental group with statistical difference (χ2 =4. 51,5. 54,respectively;P<0. 05). Conclusions For the patients with hand skin defect, the effective nursing intervention during the treatment of free flap transplantation can significantly improve the flap survival rate and satisfaction degree, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
