目的：探讨直肠小细胞癌Cox-2、nm23和MMP-3的表达及与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法及组织芯片技术，观察63例直肠小细胞癌Cox-2、nm23和MMP-3的表达情况。结果 Cox-2、MMP-3阳性表达率与直肠小细胞癌的浸润深度、肠系膜淋巴结转移有关，随浸润深度加深，淋巴结转移率增加而升高（P ＜0？．05）。 Cox-2、MMP-3阳性表达率与直肠小细胞癌的TNM分期无关（ P ＞0．05），nm23蛋白的阳性表达与肠系膜淋巴结转移，TNM分期有关，随淋巴结转移，TNM分期的增加而减低（ P ＜0．05），与浸润深度无关（ P ＞0．05）。 Cox-2、nm23和MMP-3的表达与患者年龄、性别无关（ P ＞0．05）。结论直肠小细胞癌的nm23、Cox-2和MMP-3的表达与临床预后密切相关，联合检测可预测直肠小细胞癌的恶性程度及判断预后。

목적：탐토직장소세포암Cox-2、nm23화MMP-3적표체급여림상병리특정적관계。방법응용면역조직화학방법급조직심편기술，관찰63례직장소세포암Cox-2、nm23화MMP-3적표체정황。결과 Cox-2、MMP-3양성표체솔여직장소세포암적침윤심도、장계막림파결전이유관，수침윤심도가심，림파결전이솔증가이승고（P ＜0？．05）。 Cox-2、MMP-3양성표체솔여직장소세포암적TNM분기무관（ P ＞0．05），nm23단백적양성표체여장계막림파결전이，TNM분기유관，수림파결전이，TNM분기적증가이감저（ P ＜0．05），여침윤심도무관（ P ＞0．05）。 Cox-2、nm23화MMP-3적표체여환자년령、성별무관（ P ＞0．05）。결론직장소세포암적nm23、Cox-2화MMP-3적표체여림상예후밀절상관，연합검측가예측직장소세포암적악성정도급판단예후。
Objective To investigate the correlation between expression of Cox-2,nm23 and MMP-3 in small cell carcinoma of the rectum and clinicopathological characteristics .Methods The expression levels of Cox-2,nm23,MMP-3 in 63 cases of small cell carcinoma of rectum were detected by immunohistochemistry and tissue microarray technology .Results The positive expression rates of Cox-2,and MMP-3 were correlated to mesenteric lymph node metastasis and depth of tumor invasion,with the increase of infiltration depth of tumor ,lymph node metastasis rate was increased ( P <0.05).The positive expression rates of Cox-2 and MMP-3 were not correlated to TNM staging ( P >0.05).However positive expression of nm23 protein was related with mesenteric lymph node metastasis and TNM staging ( P <0.05),with lymph node metastasis and increase of TNM stage,which was decreased ( P <0.05),however,which was not related to infiltration depth of tumor ( P >0.05).The expression levels of Cox-2,nm23,MMP-3 were not correlated to patient's age and sex ( P >0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Nm23,Cox-2 and MMP-3 in small cell carcinoma of rectum are closely related to clinical prognosis , and combined detection can predict the malignant degree of tumor and can evaluate patient ’ s prognosis .
