目前针对经销商存在多种软件，诸如有针对手机的营销系统、手机综合充值平台、手机进销存系统，或者专门针对某款手机或卖场的系统等。终端经销商们往往需要在各个系统之间切换，从而完成手机进货、开卡选号、终端绑定、网上商城、充值缴费等功能，操作繁琐，费时费力。该平台拟建立一个统一的综合服务平台，以销售终端为源头的市场信息快速通道，强化对销售终端的管理和服务机制，从根本上改善销售活动的效率和有效性，提高企业的核心竞争力。首先简要介绍系统的总体设计，给出总体设计的功能模块，其次介绍核心模块的设计，再次给出数据库设计中的主要表及字段，最后是系统实现和运行结果。

At present,there are many softwares for phone dealers,such as the mobile phone marketing system,mobile phone recharge platform system,or systems for a certain mobile phone or market. Terminal dealers often needs to switch among the systems to complete the mobile phone purchase,number selection,terminal binding,online mall,charging and payment functions,which are cumbersome,time?consuming and laborious. Therefore,a comprehensive service platform is intended to es?tablish,which takes the sale terminals as beginnings of market information fast channel to strengthen the management and ser?vice mechanism of sale terminals,improve the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing activities fundamentally,and raise the core competitiveness of enterprises. The overall design of the system is introduced in this paper briefly. The core module design and the designed function modules are described. The main tables and fields in database design are given. The system implemen?tation process and operation results are offered in this paper.
