以长春市25所高中的1250名学生为调查对象，探讨长春市高中体育选项课的实施效果，对高中体育教学改革具有重要的理论和指导意义。通过文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法探索了体育选项课实施的实施效果，认为：长春市实施体育选项课的高中较其他高中教学效果（运动参与、运动技能、身体健康、心理健康、社会适应方面）明显提高。

Taking 1250 students of 25 high schools in Changchun as its research object,this paper studies the effect of implementing sports elective course in high schools of Changchun.With methods of literature, questionnaire,expert -interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the effect of implementing sports elective course is explored.It concludes that high schools which have implemented sports elective course achieved more effect than those which adopted such teaching methods as sports participation and skills,physical and mental health and social adaption.This paper has significance in sports teaching reform of senior high schools,both theoretically and practically.
