过去人们把高原反应的关注焦点集中在急性肺水肿和急性脑水肿,但随着研究的深入,发现胃肠道运动功能障碍发病率较高,并且严重影响新入高原者的工作和生活,这逐渐引起了人们的重视。胃肠道运动受到中枢神经、自主神经、肠神经及各种神经递质和胃肠激素复杂而多层次的调控,高原环境低压、缺氧、寒冷,导致神经系统功能紊乱、神经递质和胃肠激素分泌异常而出现胃肠道运动功能障碍。
