肿瘤研究、医学理念以及医疗技术的进步，催生了肿瘤多学科联合会诊模式的形成，其经历三个阶段的发展，已成为当今肿瘤医学资源整合的平台。该文分析了目前国内肿瘤多学科联合会诊方式的现状，评述了发展中存在的问题；归纳了国内外多学科联合会诊模式的评价意见。有效的多学科会诊（ MDT）的主要特征包括：主持人和领导能力、团队协作文化、临床决策程序、会议的组织和实施。 MDT的多元化、标准化和数字化是今后的发展方向。

The advance of cancer research, medical idea and medical technology lead to the formation of cancer multidisciplinary joint consultation model , it goes through in three developmental stages ,and becomes an platform to integrate these resources in oncology .This article recalls the developmental process of tumor multidisciplinary team,it analyzes the present current status of cancer multidisciplinary team in China, and sums up the evaluations for the mode of multidisciplinary team at home and abroad .The main characteristics of an effective MDT include the following points: host and the skill of leadership, the culture of teamwork, clinical decision making procedures,organization and implementation of conferences.Diversification,stand-ardization and digitization to be the prospective future in MDT .
