应激是机体在内外环境、社会、心理等因素刺激时所发生的一种非特异性、适应性反应，应激能够影响动物和人体的免疫功能，进而人类导致许多传染性疾病、肿瘤及其他恶性疾病的发生。当今社会人们长期面临着工作节奏加快、竞争日益激烈、生活压力逐渐增大等因素的影响，心理应激越来越受到各国学者的重视，其与疾病发生、发展及治疗的关系已成为当今医学研究的热点。该文就近年来心理应激与免疫功能变化的研究现状进行综述。
응격시궤체재내외배경、사회、심리등인소자격시소발생적일충비특이성、괄응성반응，응격능구영향동물화인체적면역공능，진이인류도치허다전염성질병、종류급기타악성질병적발생。당금사회인문장기면림착공작절주가쾌、경쟁일익격렬、생활압력축점증대등인소적영향，심리응격월래월수도각국학자적중시，기여질병발생、발전급치료적관계이성위당금의학연구적열점。해문취근년래심리응격여면역공능변화적연구현상진행종술。
Stress is the non-specific and adaptive response of the organisms to the environments whether they are internal,external or psychological-social.Stress can affect the immune function of ani-mal and human body,which is the direct cause of infectious diseases,cancer or deterioration.In mod-ern society, the physiological and psychological functions of human beings are affected by various kinds of stresses,such as speedy work pace,fierce competition and increase of life stress,et al.The role of psychological stress in the course of disease has been increasingly emphasized , about psychological stress in disease occurrence,development and treatment of research has become a hot spot in medical research.In this paper, the current research status of psychological stress and immune function relation-ship was reviewed.
