系统性红斑狼疮（ SLE）是一种病因不明、累及多系统、多器官的自身免疫性疾病；病变除皮肤关节损害外，常累及内脏，尤以肾、心、肝损害为多见，危害患者生命和生活质量。究其病因病机，先天禀赋不足、肝肾亏虚是SLE发病的主要原因。该病属本虚标实之证，火热亢盛为标，肝肾阴亏为本，辨证当需分清标本虚实。该文对SLE的中医病因病机及辨证分型进行综述。
계통성홍반랑창（ SLE）시일충병인불명、루급다계통、다기관적자신면역성질병；병변제피부관절손해외，상루급내장，우이신、심、간손해위다견，위해환자생명화생활질량。구기병인병궤，선천품부불족、간신우허시SLE발병적주요원인。해병속본허표실지증，화열항성위표，간신음우위본，변증당수분청표본허실。해문대SLE적중의병인병궤급변증분형진행종술。
Systemic lupus erythematosus is an autoimmune disease involving multi-systems and multi-or-gans with unknown etiology,such as damages to joints,skin, internal organs,especially in the kidney,heart, and liver,devastating the lives of patients and their life quality .Investigateing its etiology and pathogenesis , lack of innate endowment,and liver and kidney deficiency is the main reason for the onset of systemic lupus erythematosus.The disease belongs to deficient root with excessive superficial,excessive hot as the superfi-cial,yin deficiency in liver and kidney as root.Differentiation of syndromes needs to draw a clear distinction between deficiency and excess.In this paper,etiology、pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation of systemic lupus erythematosus in traditional chinese medicine are reviewed.
