随着社会的发展，糖尿病的发病率逐年上升，中国目前糖尿病的发病率高达9．7％，并呈逐渐增高的趋势，生活习惯在糖尿病的发病中起着至关重要的作用，而饮酒作为人们重要的生活方式，饮酒习惯，饮酒方式及酒精种类等与糖尿病之间的关系也成为人们研究的重点。该文从饮酒对糖尿病发病率的影响，与糖尿病前期患者转归和糖尿病并发症等方面的关系进行综述，为糖尿病患者提供正确的饮酒及生活方式。

With the development of the society ,the incidence of diabetes increased year by year, The in-cidence of diabetes in China is as high as 9.7% now, and a trend of gradually increased, the habits and customs in plays an important role in the onset of diabetes ,now drinking has become an important way of life , the relationship between drinking methods and types of alcohol drinking and the diabetes has become a focus in the study of people, we will review from the influence of drinking on diabetes, people with pre-diabetes and blood sugar and diabetes complications , provide proper drinking way for diabetic patients .
