糖尿病神经病是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一，其中以糖尿病周围神经病变（ DPN）最为常见。糖尿病远端对称性多神经病变是DPN中最常见的类型，隐匿起病，缓慢发展。以感觉障碍为主要表现，有较高的致残率和病死率。由于药物治疗的种种限制，目前国内外倾向于非药物治疗的研究逐渐增多，如电疗、磁疗、超声疗法、针灸疗法等。非药物治疗操作简单，疗效明显，是目前研究的热点。

Diabetic neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes , which is most common in diabetic peripheral neuropathy .Diabetic distal symmetric polyneuropathy diabetic peripheral neuropathy is the most common type of insidious onset,slow development.With sensory dysfunction as the main performance,has a high morbidity and mortality.Due to the limitations of drug treatment,the current study of non-drug treatment abroad tend to increase gradually,such as electrotherapy,magnetic therapy,ultra-sound therapy,acupuncture and other methods.Simple non-drug treatment operations,significantly,is the fo-cus of current research.
