病耻感是一个全球普遍关注的问题。病耻感会对患者自身及其家人以及公共医疗活动产生严重影响。本文回顾了国内外疾病相关耻感量表及结构化问卷研究的文献，通过对量表条目或问卷内容的逐条分析，提炼出五个方面评价疾病相关的病耻感，即：①公众态度；②公众行为；③患者感受；④患者内化病耻感和对抗病耻；⑤患者被歧视或受限的经历。

Health related stigma is a global issue of common concern .Stigma has a severe impact on in-dividuals and their families,and on the effectiveness of public health programmes.This paper reviewed litera-tures about stigma scale and structured questionnaire and its scales item by item .Health-related stigma meas-ured in scales can be grouped into five categories,the first,public attitude towards the affected people,the second,public actions towards the affected people,the third,patents’ feelings,the fourth,the patients inter-nalize and resisted the stigma,the fifth,experience of actual discrimination and encountered restrictions on the part of the person affected.
