肥胖的成因十分复杂，目前认为除饮食因素外，儿童肥胖还与遗传因素、宫内生长发育等多种因素有关。随着儿童肥胖发病率的持续上升和不断的低龄化，其所引起的心血管疾病、糖尿病、代谢综合征和其他高发病已严重地危及人类的身心健康。因此，深入研究儿童肥胖的病因，明确儿童肥胖的危害，科学的预防和控制儿童肥胖显得尤为重要。

The cause of obesity is very complex,which is in addition to dietary factors,childhood o-besity is also working with a variety of factors,such as genetic factors,intrauterine growth,etc.As the rising incidence of obesity in children and younger age , the metabolic syndrome and other high inci-dences caused by it has seriously endanger human's physical and mental health.Therefore,study of the causes of childhood obesity deeply,clear the dangers of childhood obesity,prevent and control children's obesity scientificly is very important.
