目的：评估皮肤护理在蓝红光照射治疗痤疮中的临床效果。方法选择2010年5月至2012年5月深圳市人民医院皮肤科确诊为痤疮的患者116例，采用随机数字法分为单纯蓝红光治疗组及蓝红光联合皮肤护理治疗组，两组均给予皮肤专科常规护理，单纯蓝红光治疗组给予单纯蓝红光治疗，蓝红光联合皮肤护理治疗组在此基础上给予皮肤护理，每周2次，两周为一个疗程。两个疗程结束后比较两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果单纯蓝红光治疗组总有效率显著低于蓝红光联合皮肤护理治疗组（58．2％ vs 87．8％，P＜0．05）；单纯蓝红光治疗组不良反应发生率显著高于蓝红光联合皮肤护理治疗组（27．3％ vs 7．1％，P＜0．05）。结论痤疮选择皮肤护理联合蓝红光治疗，疗效明显，无创伤不良反应少，操作简单，值得推广。
목적：평고피부호리재람홍광조사치료좌창중적림상효과。방법선택2010년5월지2012년5월심수시인민의원피부과학진위좌창적환자116례，채용수궤수자법분위단순람홍광치료조급람홍광연합피부호리치료조，량조균급여피부전과상규호리，단순람홍광치료조급여단순람홍광치료，람홍광연합피부호리치료조재차기출상급여피부호리，매주2차，량주위일개료정。량개료정결속후비교량조림상료효급불량반응발생정황。결과단순람홍광치료조총유효솔현저저우람홍광연합피부호리치료조（58．2％ vs 87．8％，P＜0．05）；단순람홍광치료조불량반응발생솔현저고우람홍광연합피부호리치료조（27．3％ vs 7．1％，P＜0．05）。결론좌창선택피부호리연합람홍광치료，료효명현，무창상불량반응소，조작간단，치득추엄。
