目的：探讨在鼻内镜手术中鼻甲处理治疗鼻窦炎的临床治疗效果及应用价值。方法选择2010年2月至2013年2月深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院收治的行鼻内镜手术的鼻窦炎患者94例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各47例，对照组单纯使用功能性鼻内镜手术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的同时处理鼻中隔和中下鼻甲，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者临床治疗的效果、随访半年后鼻窦炎复发率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。观察组患者术后发生鼻中隔粘连、中鼻道粘连和窦口粘连的发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论采用鼻内镜治疗鼻窦炎时同时处理鼻中隔和中下鼻甲疗效可靠，可以显著降低患者手术粘连的发生，值得在临床上大力推广使用。
목적：탐토재비내경수술중비갑처리치료비두염적림상치료효과급응용개치。방법선택2010년2월지2013년2월심수시보안구사정인민의원수치적행비내경수술적비두염환자94례，채용수궤수자표법분위관찰조화대조조，각47례，대조조단순사용공능성비내경수술치료，관찰조재대조조치료적동시처리비중격화중하비갑，관찰량조환자적림상료효。결과량조환자림상치료적효과、수방반년후비두염복발솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0．05）。관찰조환자술후발생비중격점련、중비도점련화두구점련적발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0．05）。결론채용비내경치료비두염시동시처리비중격화중하비갑료효가고，가이현저강저환자수술점련적발생，치득재림상상대력추엄사용。
Objective Discuss the middle turbinate nasal endoscopic surgery treatment in the treatment of sinusitis treatment effect and application value .Methods Choose to Shenzhen Baoan District People′s Hospital of Manholes,in February 2010 to February 2013 line of nasal endoscopic surgery in our hospital 94 cases of sinusitis patients,grouped by random number table method was divided into observation group and control group,the 47 cases,control group pure functional use nasal endoscopic surgery,observation group in the control group treatment handle middle turbinate and nasal septum at the same time ,to observe the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients.Results The effect of two groups of patients with clinical treatment ,sinusi-tis relapse rate after six months follow-up no statistically significant difference after statistics analysis(P>0. 05 ) .In the observation group of patients with postoperative nasal septum adhesion , the incidence rate of na-sal adhesion and sinus adhesion is lower than the control group , data comparison between groups,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Using nasal endoscopic sinus treatment at the same time dealing with nasal septum and inferior turbinate reliable curative effect , can significantly reduce the happening situation of patients with surgery adhesions, to vigorously promote the use in clinic.
