人参皂苷Rb1是我国传统中药———人参的主要有效成分之一，属于人参皂苷二醇型，其在中枢神经系统、心血管系统、免疫系统以及在抗肿瘤方面都具有显著改善调节作用。人参皂苷 Rb1通过对钙、钾等多种离子通道的影响而起到抗心律失常作用；其可保护心肌细胞因缺血／再灌注或其他化学物质引起的损伤，抑制急性心肌梗死后心室重构，抑制心肌肥大和心室肥厚，保护心脏收缩功能；其可通过刺激内皮细胞依赖的血管舒张，实现降压；此外，其还通过改善血管内皮细胞功能，而对多种心血管疾病（如高血压、冠心病）起到防治作用。
