Talents play an irreplaceable role in Asia's sustainable development. And the imbalance on talent cultivation between countries has promoted the development of people-to-people exchanges. Guangxi,taking advantage of its fine geographical positions,has attracted batches of ASEAN overseas students to come here to study. Facing the new environment,these students will undoubtedly en-counter various problems concerning language and daily life. This article aims to elaborate and analyze those problems and provide feasi-ble suggestions.
