对IRT模型应用中须注意的几个重要问题做了分析与探讨,包括模型的假设,模型的拟合,模型对样本大小的要求等,虽然分析与探讨这些问题时主要以单维参数IRT模型为焦点,但非参数IRT模型以及多维IRT模型的应用也同样涉及这些问题。这些模型拥有某些特别的优势,在某些情况下应用是恰当的,但在健康评估领域并不是全部适用。

Several Key Issues concerning the application of IRT were explored in depth, including the hypothesis of IRT model, the model fit of IRT and the appropriate sample size. Though these Issues were discussed mainly based on parameter IRT models, we never meant that these issues have nothing to do with non-parameter IRT models. These models are relatively advantageous in some areas and need to be applied appropriately. However not of all these models are appropriate when used in health assessment.
