当前的柴油机增压器叶轮前倾后弯,叶片形状复杂,空间曲率变化大,曲面数据处理复杂。针对这一问题,通过建立简化的数学模型,利用可选择曲面次数的最小二乘法对叶轮曲面离散数据进行处理,借助计算机程序可对大量的离散数据进行处理,得到精度足够的叶轮曲面简化方程及其近似解。这种可选择曲面次数的最小二乘法可以为解决类似实际工程问题提供一种新方法。

The impeller swept forward and bent backward ,the shape of blade was complex ,the space curvature change was large ,and so the surface data was difficult to process .To solve the previous problems ,a simplified mathematical model was built ,the discrete data of blade surface were processed with the least square method by using the computer and the simplified e‐quation with the high accuracy and its approximate solutions were acquired .Accordingly ,the least square method with adjusta‐ble degrees of polynomial brought a new method for solving the similar engineering problems .
