某涡轮增压发动机开发过程中,出现了缸垫黏结、机油积炭、缸孔轻微拉伤等过热问题。针对这些问题制订了5个发动机水套优化方案,然后通过制造工艺性、制造经济性、发动机可靠性、CAE计算结果多方面综合评估,优选出2个相对较好的方案。对优选出的方案进行样件试制、试验测试,确认优化效果。结合试验测试结果,确定出最终工程实施的技术方案。最终通过台架耐久性测试及试验后发动机拆解分析,确认过热问题得到解决。

모와륜증압발동궤개발과정중,출현료항점점결、궤유적탄、항공경미랍상등과열문제。침대저사문제제정료5개발동궤수투우화방안,연후통과제조공예성、제조경제성、발동궤가고성、CAE계산결과다방면종합평고,우선출2개상대교호적방안。대우선출적방안진행양건시제、시험측시,학인우화효과。결합시험측시결과,학정출최종공정실시적기술방안。최종통과태가내구성측시급시험후발동궤탁해분석,학인과열문제득도해결。
For the overheating problems such as cylinder gasket sinter ,oil carbonization and liner slight scuffing during the development of a turbocharged engine ,five optimized shcemes of engine water jacket were proposed and evaluated according to manufacturing process ,manufacturing economy ,engine reliability ,and CAE results and finally two schemes were selected . According to the selected shemes , the water jacket test specimen was produced and tested . The final engineering applied scheme was determined by analyzing the test results of test specimen .According to the bench endurance test and the disassemb‐ling of engine ,the solution of overheating problem was confirmed .
