将硅烷偶联剂KH-550改性的纳米TiO2颗粒与氟碳乳液混合涂覆于粘结NdFeB磁体表面形成复合防蚀涂层。研究了纳米 TiO2/氟碳复合涂层对粘结 NdFeB 磁体耐腐蚀性能的影响,利用扫描电镜、接触角测定仪和电化学工作站对涂层表面形貌、疏水性和耐腐蚀性进行了表征。结果表明,经过硅烷偶联剂 KH-550改性的纳米TiO2颗粒在涂层中的分散性较好,可以有效减少涂层中的微裂纹和孔洞。粘结NdFeB磁体表面为亲水性,而涂刷纳米TiO2/氟碳复合涂层后,磁体表面转变为疏水性。电化学测试表明复合疏水涂层可以有效提高磁体的耐腐蚀性能。

The fluorocarbon emulsion mixed with KH550-modified TiO2 nanoparticles was coated on the surface of bonded NdFeB magnet to become anti-corrosion composite coating. The effects of nano-TiO2/fluorocarbon composite coating on the corrosion resistance of bonded NdFeB magnet were studied. The surface morphology, hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance of coating were investigated by scanning electron microscope, contact angle meter and electrochemical workstation, respectively. It is shown that the KH550-modified TiO2 nanoparticles disperse well in the coating, and significantly reduce the micro-cracks and holes in the coating. The surface of bonded NdFeB magnet changes from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity after brushing nano-TiO2/fluorocarbon composite coating. The electrochemistry analysis shows that the composite coatings can effectively enhance the corrosion resistance of bonded NdFeB magnet.
