基于超磁致伸缩材料设计致动器,仿真分析了线圈匝数、质量等参数对致动器动态输出位移的影响。建立了致动器位移的单自由度线性系统模型,并求解了系统传递函数;利用MATLAB软件的step函数得到了各参量变化时系统的单位阶跃响应,据此分析了各参量对系统上升时间、稳态值等性能参数的影响。结果表明:增大线圈匝数和减小负载刚度有利于增大系统的稳态响应,减小质量和增大超磁致伸缩棒刚度有利于缩短系统响应时间,适度增大系统阻尼有利于减小系统超调量。研究结果对超磁致伸缩材料致动器的设计具有一定指导意义。

An actuator is designed based on giant magnetostrictive material and effect of coil-turn-number, quality and other parameters on the output displacement of the actuator displacement is simulated. A single degree of freedom linear system model of actuator displacement is established and the system transfer function is solved. The effect of the parameters on the system unit step response is calculated by use of“step”function in MATLAB, and the influence of parameters on the rise time, steady state values and other performance parameters is achieved. Results show that increasing coil number and decreasing load stiffness is propitious to increasing the system stable response, decreasing mass and increasing giant magnetostrictive rod stiffness is propitious to decreasing response time, and increasing damp is propitious to decreasing overshoot. The study results are of certain guiding significance for the design of giant magnetostrictive actuator.
