骨料种类、级配、最大粒径、粒形及砂率均能影响超高强混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度。试验结果表明,选用最大粒径为16mm且10~16mm碎石占70%的卵碎石为骨料,采取40%的砂率配制的自密实混凝土标准试块90d抗压强度能达到145.8MPa。
骨料種類、級配、最大粒徑、粒形及砂率均能影響超高彊混凝土的工作性能和抗壓彊度。試驗結果錶明,選用最大粒徑為16mm且10~16mm碎石佔70%的卵碎石為骨料,採取40%的砂率配製的自密實混凝土標準試塊90d抗壓彊度能達到145.8MPa。

Workability and compressive strength of ultra-high strength concrete (UHSC) can be affected by aggregate type, aggregate gradation, aggregate maximum grain size, grain shape and sand ratio. Results show that UHSC has the workability of self-compacting and achieves 145.8MPa compressive strength at 90 days when choosing pebbles whose maximum size is 16mm and with 70% content of 10~16mm in size single-particles as coarse aggregate and 40% sand ra-tio.
