奶牛生产中排放的氮素一直是引起生态环境问题的元素之一。随着我国奶牛数量的增加,减少奶牛氮排放已经成为日益被关注的问题。本文从瘤胃原虫的调节、蛋白质包被技术、饲料加工方式以及合理调整配方等方面对减少奶牛氮排放的营养措施进行了综述,为提高奶牛氮素的利用率、缓解氮素对环境的影响提供支持。

The emissions of nitrogen in dairy production has been one of the elements of ecologi-cal environment problems. With the increased the number of cows, lowering nitrogen excretion of dairy cattle has become a focus, which has to be solved as soon as possible. This article reviewed the measures of relevant nutritional manipulation about reducing the emissions of nitrogen, includ-ing the regulation of rumen protozoa and the technology of protein package, the method of fodder machining and adjusting the formula. In order to improve dairy cow production and reduce the haz-ards of nitrogen emissions on the environment.
