教师专业能力是教师在教育教学活动中,顺利完成教学任务所表现出来的个性心理特征,是教师专业发展的核心要素。在丹尼尔森教学框架体系中教学活动被分为计划与准备领域、课堂环境领域、教学领域和专业责任领域四个板块,而教师的专业能力正是在这样的教学实践中不断提高和发展的,其教学框架表明教师专业能力包括教师专业知识、课堂管理能力、教学技能和教学反思四个方面。

Teachers’ professional ability is individual mental characteristics of performance that teacher completes teaching task in the teaching activities.It is core factors of teacher professional development.The teaching activities are divided into four parts in the Danielson teaching framework system: planning and preparation, classroom environment, teaching and professional responsibility.And teachers’ professional ability will constantly improve and develop in the process of the teaching practice.Its teaching framework shows that teachers’ professional ability includes four aspects:teachers’ professional knowledge, classroom management skills, teaching skills and teaching relfection.
