针对双腔作动筒对隔套强度、耐磨性的要求,研制了双金属隔套,解决了单一材料隔套刚度与耐磨性难以兼顾的技术难题。提出的双金属溶渗技术工艺方法与检测方法,有效解决了两种金属的结合、钢材料热处理后晶粒度粗大、真空熔渗时表面易氧化等问题,确保了产品质量,为双金属溶渗技术跨领域使用提供了参考。
針對雙腔作動筒對隔套彊度、耐磨性的要求,研製瞭雙金屬隔套,解決瞭單一材料隔套剛度與耐磨性難以兼顧的技術難題。提齣的雙金屬溶滲技術工藝方法與檢測方法,有效解決瞭兩種金屬的結閤、鋼材料熱處理後晶粒度粗大、真空鎔滲時錶麵易氧化等問題,確保瞭產品質量,為雙金屬溶滲技術跨領域使用提供瞭參攷。

Based on the requirements of dual‐cavity actuator on the strength and decay resistance of the sleeve ,the bimetallic infiltration sleeve has been developed to solve the technical problem that the sleeve strength and decay resistance could not be combined for the single material . The bimetallic infiltration technology and inspection method has efficiently solved the problems such as the combination of tw o met‐als ,the large grain size after heat treatment of steel ,and easy oxidation on surfaces when doing vacuum infiltration ,w hich guaranteed the quality of the products and provided the reference for cross‐disciplinary use of bimetallic infiltration technology .
