胃肠道吻合重建是普通外科最基本的操作,现有的胃肠道缝线吻合或吻合器吻合必须通过开腹手术或腔镜手术来完成。然而,无论是开腹手术还是腔镜手术都会给患者带来巨大创伤,尤其是对于胃肠道恶性肿瘤晚期患者,通过手术来达到姑息治疗的目的往往令外科医生难以均衡利弊,同时这也与目前所倡导的微创外科和快速康复外科理念不相符。因此,降低患者胃肠吻合重建创伤有着重要临床研究意义。笔者在磁压迫吻合技术多年研究基础上,优化设计了一种用于胃肠吻合重建的磁性吻合环,借助该吻合环可实现胃镜下操作,尤其适用于胃肠道肿瘤所造成的恶性梗阻姑息治疗,该方法可将传统外科手术变成内镜操作,不仅能实现姑息治疗目的,而且大大降低了传统手术吻合重建带给患者的打击。本文详细介绍该磁吻合环的结构设计特点、手术操作路径及临床应用优势。
胃腸道吻閤重建是普通外科最基本的操作,現有的胃腸道縫線吻閤或吻閤器吻閤必鬚通過開腹手術或腔鏡手術來完成。然而,無論是開腹手術還是腔鏡手術都會給患者帶來巨大創傷,尤其是對于胃腸道噁性腫瘤晚期患者,通過手術來達到姑息治療的目的往往令外科醫生難以均衡利弊,同時這也與目前所倡導的微創外科和快速康複外科理唸不相符。因此,降低患者胃腸吻閤重建創傷有著重要臨床研究意義。筆者在磁壓迫吻閤技術多年研究基礎上,優化設計瞭一種用于胃腸吻閤重建的磁性吻閤環,藉助該吻閤環可實現胃鏡下操作,尤其適用于胃腸道腫瘤所造成的噁性梗阻姑息治療,該方法可將傳統外科手術變成內鏡操作,不僅能實現姑息治療目的,而且大大降低瞭傳統手術吻閤重建帶給患者的打擊。本文詳細介紹該磁吻閤環的結構設計特點、手術操作路徑及臨床應用優勢。

Anastomosis and reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract is the basic technique of general surgery. The existing hand-sewn and anastomat anastomosis must be done in the situation of open or laparoscopic surgery. However, no matter open or laparoscopic surgery, both of them will bring unexpected trauma to the patient. Especially for those who suffer from advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumor, it is a dilemma for surgeons whether to give them a palliative operation. Meanwhile it is contrary to the now advocated theory of minimally invasive surgery and fast tract surgery. Therefore, how to reduce the trauma from anastomosis and reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract is of great clinical signiifcance. Based on the years of study of magnetic compression technique and magnamosis, this study introduces an optimal designed magnamosis ring for anastomosis and reconstruction of gastrointestinal tract which can be used via gastroscope. Especially for patients suffering advanced gastrointestinal malignant tumor, this device made traditional anastomosis and reconstruction surgery of gastrointestinal tract transforming to endoscopic procedures, which realizes the palliative operation meanwhile reduces trauma from traditional surgery. This article will introduce structure characteristics of the magnamosis ring in details, operation path and advantages of clinical application.
