本文主要研究体外震波治疗冠心病系统的震波源换能器及触发电路系统的结构与设计。震波源换能器主要由圆柱型电感线圈、金属膜及反射杯组成,实现冲击波的产生与聚焦。触发电路系统主要包括高压升压模块、升压控制模块、储能电容阵列、高压开关模块、充电计数模块和混合信号处理模块。经实验测量,触发系统可输出频率、幅值稳定的高压脉冲,安全可靠;高压脉冲接入震波换能器实现电能经电磁方式转换为机械能,发射低能量、窄脉宽、高压强的冲击波。

This article introduces the placing signage of the extracorporeal cardiac shock wave source transducer and the trigger system of high voltage. The shock wave source transducer composed by cylinder coil, metal iflm and relfection cup which can generate and focus the shock waves. High voltage trigger system includes: high voltage booster module, voltage control module, energy storage capacitor array, high voltage switch module, charging counting module and mixed signal processing module. The shock wave trigger system can output high voltage pulse whose frequency and amplitude is stable. When the shock wave source sensor receive the high voltage pulse, it can complete the conversion from electric energy to mechanical energy, and emission low energy, narrow pulse width and high pressure shock wave.
