目的：探讨高龄脑梗死患者血清叶酸与同型半胱氨酸水平相关性。方法回顾性收集254例80岁以上急性脑梗死患者的临床资料，分析血清叶酸与同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平相关性，并做曲线拟合分析。结果在254例高龄脑梗死患者中，高同型半胱氨酸血症患者比例为61.02%，空腹血清叶酸与Hcy水平显著相关：r=-0.56，P=0.000。通过不同曲线模型拟合，发现Power曲线模型最佳（r=0.505，P=0.000）。结论在高龄脑梗死患者中，高同型半胱氨酸血症患者比例较高，叶酸和Hcy水平呈负相关，对于启动以叶酸补充为主的降低同型半胱氨酸水平的治疗有重要指导意义。
목적：탐토고령뇌경사환자혈청협산여동형반광안산수평상관성。방법회고성수집254례80세이상급성뇌경사환자적림상자료，분석혈청협산여동형반광안산（Hcy）수평상관성，병주곡선의합분석。결과재254례고령뇌경사환자중，고동형반광안산혈증환자비례위61.02%，공복혈청협산여Hcy수평현저상관：r=-0.56，P=0.000。통과불동곡선모형의합，발현Power곡선모형최가（r=0.505，P=0.000）。결론재고령뇌경사환자중，고동형반광안산혈증환자비례교고，협산화Hcy수평정부상관，대우계동이협산보충위주적강저동형반광안산수평적치료유중요지도의의。
Objective To explore the correlation of folate and homocysteine in elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods The clinical data of 254 cerebral infarction patients aged over 80 were gathered by using retrospective method , cor-relation between folate and homocysteine levels, curve fitting was analysed. Results The proportion of hyperhomocysteinemia was 61.02%(155/254) in total 254 elderly patients with cerebral infarction. The correlation between fasting folate and homocys-teine level was significant (r=-0.56,P=0.000). Through different curve fitting model and found that Power curve fitting model was the best (r=0.505,P=0.000). Conclusion The proportion of hyperhomocysteinemia were higher in elderly patients with cerebral infarction,folate and homocysteine level were negatively correlation,it is an important guiding to start to folate supple-ment as the main method to decrease homocysteine level.
