根据梅家山立交高架桥工程特点,采用了顶推法施工方案,研究了顶推施工临时设施设计方法,提出顶推力与摩擦力自平衡设计与无弯曲应力空间折管式临时支墩设计等设计理念,并利用桥梁专业分析软件Midas civil进行应力分析,归纳总结了顶推施工的注意事项,以供参考。

According to the engineering characteristics of Meijiashan interchange viaduct,using the incremental launching construction scheme, researched the temporary facilities incremental launching construction design method,put forward the incremental launching force and friction force self balancing design and the no bending stress space fold temporary pier design and other design ideas,and made stress analysis using bridge professional analysis software Midas civil,summarized the matters needing attention in incremental launching construction,for reference.
