目的：研究中药安子合剂治疗封闭抗体缺失致复发性流产脾肾两虚、血热夹瘀型患者的临床疗效及对封闭抗体的影响。方法采用随机、平行对照方法将60例复发性流产患者分为2组：治疗组30例予安子合剂口服，125 mL／次，2次／d；对照组30例给予异体淋巴细胞皮下注射主动免疫治疗，每3周接种1次。2组均以3个月为1个疗程，比较2组临床疗效和对封闭抗体的影响。结果治疗组治疗后临床证候总积分改善情况明显优于对照组（P＜0．05），2组治疗后临床综合疗效、封闭抗体的封闭效率及转阳率比较差异无统计学意义（ P均＞0．05）。结论中药安子合剂治疗封闭抗体缺失性复发性流产疗效显著，能明显改善临床症状，提高封闭抗体的封闭效率，促进封闭抗体转阳，具有良好的免疫保护作用。
목적：연구중약안자합제치료봉폐항체결실치복발성유산비신량허、혈열협어형환자적림상료효급대봉폐항체적영향。방법채용수궤、평행대조방법장60례복발성유산환자분위2조：치료조30례여안자합제구복，125 mL／차，2차／d；대조조30례급여이체림파세포피하주사주동면역치료，매3주접충1차。2조균이3개월위1개료정，비교2조림상료효화대봉폐항체적영향。결과치료조치료후림상증후총적분개선정황명현우우대조조（P＜0．05），2조치료후림상종합료효、봉폐항체적봉폐효솔급전양솔비교차이무통계학의의（ P균＞0．05）。결론중약안자합제치료봉폐항체결실성복발성유산료효현저，능명현개선림상증상，제고봉폐항체적봉폐효솔，촉진봉폐항체전양，구유량호적면역보호작용。
O bjetc ive It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Anzi decoction on spleen and kidney deficiency type and blood heat and stasis type of recurrent abortion induced by blocking antibody and to observe the effect on blocking antibod-y.Methods 60 patients with recurrent abortion were divided into 2 groups by a random and parallel method: the treatment group with 30 cases was given Anzi decoction 125 mL per time and 2 times a day by oral use, while the control group with 30 cases were given active immunotherapy of donor lymphocytes by subcutaneous injection (vaccinated once every three weeks). The treatment courses both were 3 months.The clinical curative effect and the influence on blocking antibody between the two groups were compared.Results The improvements of total scores of clinical symptoms of treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group ( P<0.05) , but there was no significant difference in the clinical comprehensive curative effect, blocking efficiency and blocking antibody-positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Anzi decoction has a remarkable effect on recurrent abortion induced by blocking antibody deficiency, which can obviously improve clinical symp-toms, increase blocking efficiency of blocking antibody and promote the antibody to be positive and has good immune protec-tion.
