目的：探讨乳腺黏液癌的钼靶X线影像表现特征，提高其诊断水平，降低误诊率。方法对我院2003年6月—2013年8月间11例经手术及病理证实的乳腺黏液癌患者的钼靶X线影像表现进行分析。结果在11例病例中，乳腺钼靶X线摄影表现为：中~高密度圆形肿块8例，团片状致密影1例，毛刺样肿块1例，肿块伴小片状钙化1例。结论乳腺钼靶是乳腺黏液癌诊断的重要方法，掌握黏液癌的临床表现，结合钼靶检查所见综合分析是术前诊断的关键。
목적：탐토유선점액암적목파X선영상표현특정，제고기진단수평，강저오진솔。방법대아원2003년6월—2013년8월간11례경수술급병리증실적유선점액암환자적목파X선영상표현진행분석。결과재11례병례중，유선목파X선섭영표현위：중~고밀도원형종괴8례，단편상치밀영1례，모자양종괴1례，종괴반소편상개화1례。결론유선목파시유선점액암진단적중요방법，장악점액암적림상표현，결합목파검사소견종합분석시술전진단적관건。
Objective To investigate the molybdenum target in breast mucinous carcinoma of the breast X-ray imaging features, purpose is to improve the diagnosis level, decrease the misdiagnosis. Methods by reviewing our hospital from June 2003 to August 2013, 11 cases confirmed by surgery and pathology of breast mucinous carcinoma were analyzed. Results in 11 cases, mammary gland molybdenum target X-ray photography of 8 ~ in high density round mass, mass of flake dense shadow in 1 case, burr sample mass in 1 case, small lump with patchy calcification 1 case. Conclusion breast mammography is important methods for the diagnosis of mammary mucinous carcinoma, to master the clinical manifestations of mucinous carcinoma, comprehensive analysis combined with mammography examination can see is the key to its preoperative diagnosis.
