目的:利用三维对比增强磁共振血管成像(3DCE‐MRA)对双侧颈内静脉(IJV)及横窦(TS)内径进行测量,并探讨静脉窦和IJV相关关系。方法选择110例行颈部动脉3DCE‐MRA检查示静脉显影良好、无病变的受检者,男、女各55例。利用工作站后处理技术进行血管三维重建,对两侧IJV进行各径线测量,分析左右TS及IJV的内径大小之间关系。结果(1)IJV内径在测量点J1、J2、J3依次逐渐减小。IJV内径右侧宽于左侧,左右IJV内径比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);右侧TS内径比左侧宽,左右TS内径大小有差别(P<0.05)。(2)IJV与TS均是R>L,R<L,R=L各自所占比例依次逐渐减小。TS较大侧与IJV较大侧一致,TS内径大小与IJV内径大小存在相关性(P<0.05)。(3)乙状窦的引流方式,右优势型占60.0%,左优势型占14.5%,等优势型占25.5%;TS的内径大小与乙状窦引流方式有关(P<0.05)。结论3DCE‐MRA可以清晰显示乙状窦、TS及IJV的解剖特征,能客观、真实、准确地观测两侧TS和IJV的内径值。

목적:이용삼유대비증강자공진혈관성상(3DCE‐MRA)대쌍측경내정맥(IJV)급횡두(TS)내경진행측량,병탐토정맥두화IJV상관관계。방법선택110례행경부동맥3DCE‐MRA검사시정맥현영량호、무병변적수검자,남、녀각55례。이용공작참후처리기술진행혈관삼유중건,대량측IJV진행각경선측량,분석좌우TS급IJV적내경대소지간관계。결과(1)IJV내경재측량점J1、J2、J3의차축점감소。IJV내경우측관우좌측,좌우IJV내경비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);우측TS내경비좌측관,좌우TS내경대소유차별(P<0.05)。(2)IJV여TS균시R>L,R<L,R=L각자소점비례의차축점감소。TS교대측여IJV교대측일치,TS내경대소여IJV내경대소존재상관성(P<0.05)。(3)을상두적인류방식,우우세형점60.0%,좌우세형점14.5%,등우세형점25.5%;TS적내경대소여을상두인류방식유관(P<0.05)。결론3DCE‐MRA가이청석현시을상두、TS급IJV적해부특정,능객관、진실、준학지관측량측TS화IJV적내경치。
Objective To measure the sizes of the left and right internal jugular veins (IJV) and transverse sinuses (TS) with three dimensional contrast‐enhanced MRA(3D CE‐MRA) ,and discuss the correlation of cerebral venous sinus and IJV .Methods One hundred and ten patients without vasculopathy and blood flow abnormalities were selected for 3D CE‐MRA ,55 cases for each gender .The images were taken three‐dimensional reconstruction on work‐station by different software .The normal IJV and TS was measured and the statistical comparison between the bilateral IJV and TS was analyzed .Results (1)The inside diameter of IJV re‐duced in turn at the measurement point of J1 ,J2 and J3 .The internal diameter of the right side of IJV was broader than left one ,and there was significant difference between the size of left and right side (P<0 .05) in these measurements .The internal diameter of the right side of TS was broader than left one ,there was difference between the sizes of the left and right of TS (P<0 .05) .(2)The proportion of R>L ,R<L ,R=L decreased in the inside diameter of the IJV and TS .The wider side of TS was consistent with the wider side of IJV .The inside diameter of TS was related to the inside diameter of IJV(P<0 .05) .(3)The drainage pattern of the sigmoid sinus was as follow ,the right type(60 .0% ) ,left type(14 .5% ) ,and intermediate type (25 .5% ) .The sizes of TS was relat‐ed to the drainage methods of sigmoid sinus (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The 3D CE‐MRA image could clearly display the anatomical char‐acteristics of the sigmoid sinus ,TS and IJV ,and the internal diameter of TS and IJV could be estimated accurately ,truly and objectively .
