目的：探讨优生学技能培训在产科中的应用效果。方法：将100例产妇随机分为对照组和观察组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组护理人员进行优生学技能培训，予以配套性的高素质护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组产妇总产程时间、产后出血量及满意度比较差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：优生学技能培训在产科中的应用效果较好。

목적：탐토우생학기능배훈재산과중적응용효과。방법：장100례산부수궤분위대조조화관찰조각50례，대조조급여상규호리，관찰조호리인원진행우생학기능배훈，여이배투성적고소질호리간예，비교량조호리효과。결과：량조산부총산정시간、산후출혈량급만의도비교차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：우생학기능배훈재산과중적응용효과교호。
Objective:To study the application effect of eugenic skill training in obstetrics. Methods:100 parturient were randomly divid_ed into the control group and the observation group(50 cases in each group). The parturient in the control group were given routine nurs_ing care;the nursing staff in the observation group was given eugenic skill training and the parturient in this group were provided the matc_hing high—quality nursing intervention. The nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically signifi_cant differences in the comparison of the duration of total production process,volume of postpartum hemorrhage and satisfaction rate be_tween the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:Eugenic skill training has good effect in obstetrics.
