目的：探讨现代化手术室循证管理模式在手术室护理实践中的应用效果。方法：选取2011年1~12月开展循证护理前的450例作为对照组，2012年1~12月开展循证护理后的550例作为观察组；对患者满意度、医生满意度、差错发生率及护理质量评分等指标进行观察比较。结果：与对照组比较，观察组患者与医生满意度明显提高、差错率明显降低、手术相关指标明显改善、护理质量评分明显升高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：通过实施现代化手术室循证护理管理模式，手术室护理人员能够有针对性、科学、有效地制定护理方案，提高手术室整体护理质量。
목적：탐토현대화수술실순증관리모식재수술실호리실천중적응용효과。방법：선취2011년1~12월개전순증호리전적450례작위대조조，2012년1~12월개전순증호리후적550례작위관찰조；대환자만의도、의생만의도、차착발생솔급호리질량평분등지표진행관찰비교。결과：여대조조비교，관찰조환자여의생만의도명현제고、차착솔명현강저、수술상관지표명현개선、호리질량평분명현승고，차이균유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：통과실시현대화수술실순증호리관리모식，수술실호리인원능구유침대성、과학、유효지제정호리방안，제고수술실정체호리질량。
Objective:To probe into the effect of applying the evidence—based management model of modern operation room to nursing practice in the operation room. Methods:450 selected patients( Jan. to Dec. in 2011,before implementing evidence—based nursing care) were taken as the control group;other 550 patients(Jan. to Dec. in 2012,after implementing evidence—based nursing care)were taken as the observation group. The patientsˊsatisfaction,doctorsˊsatisfaction,error rate and the score of nursing quality were observed and compared between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group,the patientsˊand doctorsˊsatisfaction improved significantly,the error rate reduced obviously,operation—related index improved significantly and the score of nursing quality increased significantly in the observation group,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The nursing personnel in the operation room can scientifically and effectively formulate nursing plan through implementation of the evidence—based nursing management model of modern operation room so as to improve the overall nursing quality in the operation room.
