目的：探讨自控镇痛泵（ PCA）在青少年特发性脊柱侧凸（ AIS）术后患者中的应用效果。方法：将50例AIS术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组各25例，对照组给予肌内注射盐酸哌替啶镇痛，实验组采用PCA泵镇痛，比较两组镇痛效果。结果：两组患者术后疼痛评分、术后康复依从性评分比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：PCA泵在AIS术后患者中应用效果较好，能有效减轻术后疼痛，促进康复。

목적：탐토자공진통빙（ PCA）재청소년특발성척주측철（ AIS）술후환자중적응용효과。방법：장50례AIS술후환자수궤분위실험조화대조조각25례，대조조급여기내주사염산고체정진통，실험조채용PCA빙진통，비교량조진통효과。결과：량조환자술후동통평분、술후강복의종성평분비교차이유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：PCA빙재AIS술후환자중응용효과교호，능유효감경술후동통，촉진강복。
Objective:To study the application effect of patient—controlled analgesia pump( PCA)in postoperative patients after sur_gery for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis( AIS). Methods:50 postoperative patients who received surgery for AIS were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(25 cases in each group). The patients in the control group were given intramuscular injec_tion of pethidine hydrochloride for analgesia and PCA pump was use in the experimental group. The analgesic effect was compared between the two groups. Results:There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the score of postoperative pain and the score of postoperative rehabilitation compliance of the patients between the two groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The effect of PCA pump is better in the analgesia for postoperative patients with AIS and it can effectively relieve postoperative pain and promote rehabilitation of the patients.
