目的：探讨人文关怀护理模式在提高乳腺癌患者生活质量和护理满意度中的应用。方法：将46例乳腺癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组各23例，对照组采用常规护理模式，包括环境护理、生活护理、药物护理等，研究组在此基础上实施人文关怀护理模式。比较两组干预前后生活质量和护理满意度情况。结果：研究组干预后生活质量评分、护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：人文关怀护理模式能提高乳腺癌患者生活质量和护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토인문관부호리모식재제고유선암환자생활질량화호리만의도중적응용。방법：장46례유선암환자수궤분위연구조화대조조각23례，대조조채용상규호리모식，포괄배경호리、생활호리、약물호리등，연구조재차기출상실시인문관부호리모식。비교량조간예전후생활질량화호리만의도정황。결과：연구조간예후생활질량평분、호리만의도명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0.05）。결론：인문관부호리모식능제고유선암환자생활질량화호리만의도，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To explore the application of humanistic nursing model in improving the quality of life of breast cancer patients and nursing satisfaction. Methods:46 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the study group and the control group(23 ca_ses in each group). The conventional nursing model was used in the control group,including environmental care,care of daily life and med_ication care;the humanistic nursing model was additionally implemented in the study group. The quality of life of the patients and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention. Results:The scores of life quality of the patients and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher and better in the study group than the control group after the intervention and the differences were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion:The humanistic nursing care can improve the life quality of patients with breast canc_er and nursing satisfaction as well.
