Medical education plays an important role in cultivating medical talents. Strengthening the education of professional spirit on medical students has positive significance not only for training high-quality medical talents, but also for strengthening the spiritual civilization in health sector and even the whole society, as well as building a harmonious health fields. The article expounds the connotation of medical professional spirit, the importance of strengthening the cultivation of it, mainly introduces the practice and thinking on the cultivation of professional spirit of medical students at the stage of clinical practice.
