目的:评价情景演示法和PBL在医患沟通培训中的应用效果。方法:采用自行设计的评价问卷,通过对某医院参加培训的853名职工进行调查,采用单因素方差分析方法对不同类别职工进行培训效果评价。结果:情景演示与PBL相结合方法在总体满意度、吸引力以及对于整个培训的帮助程度方面,除性别和工作年限外,其他因素均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。采用SNK法进行两两比较后显示:年龄29岁及以下职工高于其他年龄段;学历为本科职工高于其他学历职工、护士高于医生和医技人员;初级职称人员高于其他职称人员。结论:情景演示与PBL相结合方法在医患沟通培训中的应用切实可行,培训效果良好,但需要进一步细化。

Objective:To evaluate the impact of scene demonstration combined with problem based learning (PBL) method applied in doctor-patient communication training. Methods:853 employees in hospital who participate the training performed evaluation by using self-designed questionnaires. One factor analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to study the ef ects of dif erent type staf of the training. Results:In aspects of total satisfaction, at raction, and whole assistance, excepting of gender and work experience, other factors had significant dif erence (p<0.05).by using Scene Demonstration with Problem Based Learning (PBL) method. The result of pairwise comparison with SNK method shows that staf under the age of 29 is higher than other age group. Staf with col ege bachelor degrees is higher than other degrees. Nurses higher than doctors and medical technicians. Staf with junior professional titles is higher than other professional titles. Conclusion:The application of scene demonstration with problem based learning (PBL) method in doctor-patient communication training is practicable and ef ectiveness, but needs to study in detail.
