目的:调查分析医疗纠纷成因,寻找避免医疗纠纷的有效办法。方法:检索国内全文期刊数据库,提取近3年来文献资料齐全的文章进行分析,从中寻找出医疗纠纷形成的主要原因、高发科室、纠纷防范的最佳措施。结果:剔除不含原始数据、原因归类不清、无科室分类及分类不细的文章,最终纳入1552例案例,进行纠纷原因、科室分布、防范措施统计分析。结论:1552例中形成纠纷的主要原因:责任因素47.10%、技术因素38.60%;高发科室外科占30.86%、内科18.43%、骨科14.69%、妇产科11.34%。纠纷防范最佳措施:贯彻落实医疗核心制度、加强医务人员专业技术培训、加强全员法律教育和职业责任心教育。

목적:조사분석의료규분성인,심조피면의료규분적유효판법。방법:검색국내전문기간수거고,제취근3년래문헌자료제전적문장진행분석,종중심조출의료규분형성적주요원인、고발과실、규분방범적최가조시。결과:척제불함원시수거、원인귀류불청、무과실분류급분류불세적문장,최종납입1552례안례,진행규분원인、과실분포、방범조시통계분석。결론:1552례중형성규분적주요원인:책임인소47.10%、기술인소38.60%;고발과실외과점30.86%、내과18.43%、골과14.69%、부산과11.34%。규분방범최가조시:관철락실의료핵심제도、가강의무인원전업기술배훈、가강전원법률교육화직업책임심교육。
Objectives:To analyze the causes of medical dispute and how to effectively avoid. Methods:The current 3 years literatures on medical dispute were searched from full text database in China and found its causes, high incidence department and best prevention countermeasures. Results:1552 cases medical disputes were finally involved in research after removing articles without initial data, unclear cause classification. The medical dispute causes, their distribution among departments and countermeasures were analyzed. Results:The top 2 causes of medical dispute in 1552 cases were responsibility factors (47.1%) and technical factors (38.6%). The top 4 high incidence departments were surgery department (30.86%), medicine department (18.43%), orthopedics department (14.69%) and obstetrics and gynecology department (11.34%). Effectiveness countermeasures were implementing care medical system, strengthening medical staff training, strengthening full staff law education and professional ethics education.
